Alice Grist is a tarot author, tarot deck creator and expert with over 30 years experience using Tarot. She is the co-creator of Rebel Heart Tarot, to be published December 2022 (Welbeck Balance). Whilst her latest book 'The Book of Tarot' published by Piatkus, featured as the lead cover article of You Magazine / Daily Mail in July 2020. Alice wrote 'Dirty and Divine, a transformative journey through the Tarot' published in 2017 and she is the artist and creator of The Cosmic Mother Tarot Deck. Alice teaches and shares tarot for private tarot students, at workshops, in her online Tarot School community.
Niki Cotton is a contemporary Welsh visual artist working from a studio & gallery space on the coast of North Wales. Her practice stretches across many mediums including collage, painting, printmaking, sculpture, performance, textiles & photography. As a Generation X’er, Niki finds herself referencing the pop culture and music of the 80’s and 90’s where she grew up, whilst absorbing the rebellious nature of Punk and the brashness of Americana. Having just completed an MA in Fine Art, Niki is occupied with thoughts of what it is to be a woman in the 21st Century and with the advent of children, motherhood, the fracturing & fragmenting of self that occurs and the endlessness of domestic drudgery. A visual voice that echos the madness of juggling an over full life where she says she feels like a cake that doesn’t have quite enough slices to go around all the people at the party.
